◾️Brief Biography of Tsubasa Sawada
He joined Pasona Inc. as a new graduate in 2005 and worked in HR sales. After gaining experience launching a human resources consulting firm, he joined Allied Architects Co., Ltd. There, he worked in sales before helping establish the HR department and driving organizational growth as the head of HR.While holding positions such as Head of the President’s Office and Deputy Head of the Corporate Division, he was part of the team that took the company public on the Mothers Market. Later, he served as a Director (in charge of the Sales Division) at GreenSnap, Inc., a company spun off from Allied Architects. In March 2024, he became independent and founded Clams LLC. He also provides sales and HR consulting services to multiple startups and venture companies.

“Scanat ” is the world’s first iOS app capable of measuring down to the millimeter. In its first year on the market, it was adopted by over 200 companies across 42 prefectures nationwide, spanning industries such as construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Since then, we have expanded our range of services centered on “Scanat ” as the centerpiece of our service offerings. As we look toward further growth, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed Tsubasa Sawada—who brings extensive experience contributing to organizational growth in sales and human resources at startups and venture companies, as well as a broad professional network—as an advisor.
