We will be exhibiting at “JAPAN BUILD OSAKA,” one of Western Japan’s largest trade shows for the architecture, construction, and real estate industries, which will bring together the latest technologies and building materials under one roof at Intex Osaka from Wednesday, August 26, to Friday, August 28, 2026.
This exhibition serves as a gathering place for cutting-edge technologies that address industry challenges in areas such as smart homes, building materials, facilities, smart buildings, construction DX, and real estate tech.
With labor shortages becoming increasingly severe and operational efficiency now an urgent priority, natCo., Ltd. is proposing a solution that delivers dramatic improvements in operational efficiency through the use of 3D scanning technology, under the theme “Start On-Site Digital Transformation with Just One iPhone.”
natAt our booth, we will be showcasing “ Scanat,” an app that allows you to perform high-precision 3D measurements and create 3D models using only your everyday iPhone or iPad—without the need for specialized equipment such as a laser scanner.
On the day of the event, we will be conducting a “live demo” at our booth where visitors can experience scanning in a setting that simulates an actual construction or renovation site.
▼Please pay special attention to this section
・Dramatically streamline on-site renovation surveys: Reduce the process of taking measurements at multiple locations to a quick scan with your iPhone. This eliminates the need for “return visits to the site” due to missed measurements and significantly shortens the time from the on-site survey to the creation of the estimate.
・Faster creation of drawings for sites without existing drawings: Generate 3D models from scanned data, extract DXF files, and import them into CAD software. This drastically reduces the time and effort required to create drawings.
・Visual-Based Proposals and Communication with Clients: Since the current condition can be accurately captured in a 3D model, it serves as an easy-to-understand tool for presenting renovation proposals to clients. This helps prevent misunderstandings and contributes to a higher contract closure rate.
・Seamless information sharing between the job site and the office: Instantly share acquired 3D data and on-site conditions via the cloud. This enables smooth communication and coordination with designers and subcontractors in the office, reducing travel costs and preventing rework.
We highly recommend this to professionals in the architecture, construction, and real estate industries who are facing the following challenges.
⚪︎To all general contractors, remodeling companies, and home builders (who want to speed up site inspections and measurements, and submit estimates faster)
⚪︎Architectural Firms and Designers (Looking to streamline the process of tracing old buildings without existing drawings, or conduct meetings using 3D data)
⚪︎To all general contractors, subcontractors, and construction managers (who want to visualize on-site construction progress records and share status updates with remote locations, or who want to promote work-style reforms at construction sites)

3D scanning app “Scanat (Scannat)”
This app defies the common perception that “expensive 3D laser scanners are difficult to adopt” and “seem hard to use,” allowing you to streamline on-site surveys using just the iPhone in your hand.
With just a quick scan by a single person, you can measure any length or area within a 3D space and export the data as a DXF file.
From complex interior spaces to building exteriors, you can easily record and save high-precision data.
"I want to get started with 3D modeling and digital transformation on-site in a simple way."
"I want to reduce the time spent on site surveys so I can devote more time to actual proposals and design work."
Our entire staff sincerely looks forward to welcoming you all.
